- Preheat the oven to 190C (375F)
- Prep the cauliflower: Cut the stem off the cauliflower. If there are any black apots remaining after you wash it, cut them off with a small knife. Break the cauliflower into small pieces.
- Roast: Spread the pieces on a baking sheet. Pour a little olive oil over the cauliflower. Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper and toss. Bake for about 25 mins until the cauliflower is brown and easy to pierce with a fork.
- Serve: Serve roasted cauliflower as a side dish to any meat main or dress it up with a handful of salad greens, some crumbled feta cheese and a handful of toasted nuts or seeds. Enjoy!
