BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL

You might recognize this smoothie bowl from my post on chia seeds. This is my favorite mix of ingredients in a bowl for breakfast, after a mean workout or when am on the go. It’s packed with energy and it’s super delicious! I usually add drinking chocolate or coffee depending on my need in the morning and sometimes I switch up the regular milk with coconut milk; You can work with other types of milk depending on your liking. I also mostly like working with overripe bananas because then  it turns out absolutely delectable. I have a post on why you shouldn’t throw overripe bananas. You should check it out. And you know what they say about bananas! They are mood changers; they change your mood from bad to good or good to better among other benefits.

PREPARATION


Blend: Bananas,milk and peanut butter

Add: Dates and chia seeds and water (optional) and continue blending

Add: a tablespoon of drinking chocolate or half a teaspoon of coffee if/as needed.
