We need to stay hydrated to be healthy but let’s be real, intake of litres of water every minute of everyday can get so bland and that could result in falling off . This led me to seeking other ways to stay hydrated and not get bored while at it. One is to infuse fruits into water and two, to eat more vegetables and fruits that can also fulfill your fluid requirements in addition to providing healthy nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein..
p.s Even though these are the only flavor mixes mentioned here,there are others that I have tried out and loved e.g, cucumber on its own, lemon on its own, lemon&mint and strawberry&basil.
