For this smoothie, I blended the mango and bananas (Both were really ripe). I squeezed the juice from the oranges and juiced the carrots using a juicer. Even though the carrots were sweet, they balanced out the sugar in the smoothie which I really loved. This is one of my favorite smoothies, especially when cold. It’s super super delicious! You can put the ingredients in the refrigerator before making the smoothie to take you through a hot hot day.
