You know a smoothie is really good when you have it thrice in one week. Thanks to the juicy mangoes this season, I’ve been making smoothies and I clearly fell in love with this one. I blended 2 mangoes, 2 bananas and about half a cup of coconut milk. I loved it as a smoothie bowl because the toppings just made it that much more rich in flavor. For the toppings I basically added chopped pieces of fruit, desiccated coconut and cashew nuts. You can have this for breakfast (I had this with muesli for breakfast and it blew my mind) or as a snack during the day.
